Our response time varies depending on the location of the tow, but we strive to arrive within 45-60 minutes of receiving a call. Depending on the amount of calls we have requesting a flatbed or the traffic and weather patterns.

Although additional labor costs will apply, we are equipped to handle any type of situation with a flatbed tow truck. Including but not limited to wheels are locked on the car, the car's key is not being detected, the car will not shift into neutral, the emergency brake is stuck, car is stuck in park, car is completely dead, electric vehicle no power, car is stuck in an underground building or parking garage high floor, wheels are damaged or won't turn, car has been involved in an accident.

Although a flatbed will not safely fit in a parking garage since most parking garage ceilings are six feet eight inches in low clearance we still have several options. Option 1. would be to tow the car out of the garage using a low profile tow truck with tow dollies then transfer the vehicle onto the flatbed for any long distance towing or short distance tow.

Every type of car including electric vehicles will have a neutral override option to safely load the car onto the flatbed tow truck in the event the car wont go into neutral or is completely dead. If that option is not available we will then proceed to use Go-Jacks which are special wheels to safely load the car onto the flatbed without damaging the wheels or the car.
